I went to new you clinic they recommend a treatment and they recommend loan and then that treatment was not okay with me and i stoped treatment i informed them within frist 2 days and that loan with lencare still going they are not canceling that loan.be aware with this clinic because they are saying if treatment is not okay they will return the money but still i havent got any treatment or money but loan still going. Im very sad they talk nicely and finally they did like is to customer. Im glad if they help me with this i went to clinic 2days but they are said they cannot do anything.im really sad about this.

I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal and I am already seeing incredible results after just a few sessions! The staff is super friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience comfortable and quick. Highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed the comrodery but that's about it. After trying to have an amount returned to me I was denied the return although I had contacted them prior to 48 hours. I was not allowed to have my money return but able to delay or transfer the amount to a different service. I didn't want that option provided by Kim and I begrudgingly rebooked the appointment although I had personal things to take care of and I didn't know when I'd be back in town. I did notice some redness, which seemed normal at first and over the course of time since having the procedure I have kept getting fungal acne. I use products to ensure that doesn't happen so for it to happen after this procedure and I had fairly clear skin prior it's been really problematic for my confidence. I don't do procedures or anything different. Life was already very hard at the time for me and to have to have skin issues since has been really disruptive to my peace since my skin is one of my favourite parts about me. I was thinking about doing Botox through them as it is a different technician but from the beginning of the experience to when I went to book I had learned about new you taking loans out through other customers, in their names. Several thousand dollars worth of pay links or however the science works for opening up lines of credit in people's names. Thankfully I had already been removed as a follower and them removed themselves as a follower. Clearly they knew word got around about who they robbed but to not allow me to get a return and than ending our repore just felt really gross. Now I have fungal acne as a memory lolol. Ps I record everywhere I go so I know I wasn't forced to a procedure and removed for my character lol. Just love yourselves enough and use topical skincare. You ruined my skin.

I had such a great experience at New You Yorkville! The staff are all so friendly and professional. Peggy was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Bisma did my laser sessions, and she was amazing — so knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. The machines they use are super effective and surprisingly painless. I’ve already noticed great results and highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatments!
