My fiancé recently had his wisdom teeth removed here, and we had such a positive experience. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish.The procedure went smoothly, and they checked in to make sure he was doing okay the whole time. You can tell they truly care about their patients. We’re so grateful for how well they treated him and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing dental work!

From the moment you walk in, the receptionists are incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They make scheduling and any questions so easy and stress-free. The hygienists do such a thorough and professional job — you can truly tell they care about your comfort and take the time to address all your concerns. I never feel rushed, and they always explain everything clearly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clinic that’s not only professional but genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in what they do!

I have not become a patient here, but I am leaving this review because reviews are a major factor in how I choose healthcare providers. This location is extremely convenient for me, and I was strongly considering booking an appointment. However, when I visited the clinic area, I noticed HUGE-ENORMOUS signage advertising Starbucks gift cards in exchange for five-star reviews. Personally, this made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and reduced my confidence in the authenticity of the existing reviews. As a potential patient, I want to rely on organic, unbiased feedback, when making healthcare decisions. Because of this, I found it difficult to trust the overall rating, even though the clinic itself may provide good service. This is simply my perception as a consumer. I want to be clear that I cannot comment on the actual dental care, as I have not been treated here. My review reflects my experience as a prospective patient, and how this COMPLETEY affected my comfort level, in moving forward. I hope this feedback is helpful to people that rely on reviews, and that the clinic considers how this practice may be perceived by potential patients.

I’ve been coming to Sedation Dental for a few years now, and the experience has been amazing every time. The staff are kind, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. The environment is calming, and they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental clinic.

Easy access just at the new west station second floor. The front desk was able to book me in last minute for a cleaning which was great, very easy to talk to. My dentist Rownie was awesome, she was patient with me as I’m a bit sensitive. Educated and talked me through the session. Also recommended some work but not pushy
