Wonderful experience here! I came to the salon with damaged hair from a previous coloring done in Calgary. Irys gave my hair the transformation and treatment it so desperately needed, I can now enjoy styling my hair again! Thank you!!!! Beautiful salon, wonderful atmosphere, and fabulous people! This will be my go-to place from now on for all my hair needs!

First time to New Roots & I have to say I was blown away, and don't mean by the blow out!!😉 The atmosphere of the salon was so nice with all the natural light & all of their vibrant plants. I saw Kelsey for blonde highlights. She was super friendly & incredibly meticulous. She is a very talented artist & I can't wait to go back to see her!

I’ve struggled my whole life to find a hairdresser who really gets me, someone who can make me feel great walking out of the salon while also helping me keep my hair healthy and manageable. I’ve always had pretty low-maintenance hair and didn’t do much with it, but for years it was long and super unhealthy. Kelli was always patient, supportive, and incredibly talented, doing her best to maintain it and keep it looking good. It took a while, but I finally trusted her to chop it off, and I’m so glad I did. Now I have the healthiest hair I’ve ever had, and I truly have her to thank. She’s down to try whatever I ask, and I completely trust her with my hair. So grateful I found her!
