Kennedy has been amazing. She’s cut my hair a few times and has nailed what i asked for each time. She also recommended products for me that have been really great (i have a lavendar allergy which is in almost everything). The front staff are always super friendly too. Highly recommend!

Sydney is absolutely amazing! She's on point every single time I see her. She is always kind, and she cares about you, which goes a long way! She's also very professional, intelligent and so sweet. I also can't forget Kai, her beautiful smile lights up the entire salon! Very happy customer here!

My wife has been to a couple of salons over the last 2 years and hasn't been completely satisfied with her hair either immediately after or as it's grown out. After meeting a girl that works there at a social event, she decided to give New Image Salon and Kyrissa a chance, and is she ever happy that she did. Kyrissa was very professional from the beginning to the end. My wife has a bad back and neck, so getting her hair washed is hard on her as well as sitting for extended periods of time. Getting her hair washed was the easiest she's ever had, and when she started to get stiff, stopping wasn't a problem. The haircut was absolutely great, and after 2 weeks, it's still holding up. She will definitely be going back.

My first time coming to a salon since moving from Vancouver. I had a wonderful experience with Melissa. She did such an excellent job cutting my hair. Very attentive, asked all the right questions in terms of how I style, wash and part my hair. Amazing head massage and just overall a great experience. 10/10
