Traveling and in desperate need of my roots done, I booked online with the only available stylist appointment a day ahead and though it felt like roulette, it worked out in my favour. Savannah was awesome. She listened and conferred on a challenging colour formula situation with the owner Jessie (who was super friendly and sweet) and came up with a game plan that worked for my hair. She was also fun to talk to. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Recently moved to Chilliwack and went to New concept as they use the colour line my previously stylist did. Savanna did an amazing job on my hair matching my colour mix. Cannot wait to go back and do some fun stuff! Also the best haircut I’ve gotten in years.

It was a nice experience. First time walk in to this salon and I was happy. Very friendly and professional. Tetiana did a great job, she cut my hair they way I like it. Love the service.

I have a chronic energy limiting illness & can no longer care for my almost waist length hair. I made an appointment with Jessi P the owner & was ready to hack it all off into a short bob. I was very emotional & Jessi was so kind & empathetic. She talked me out of my chosen haircut right away seeing how it would not lay correctly & cause me more work with styling and said to go for a cut just past my collarbone. She put in long layers & face framing, curled it with soft waves & I love it. Hubby is sooo relieved I didn’t hack it off. Jessi had me laughing and smiling. Couldn’t be happier. It will be much easier to wash, blow dry, and brush now & I can still put it up. Thanks Jessi🥰
