Horrible bank for buisness, the account management is severely bad. Taking our banking elsewhere. Do not bank here. They also run credit checks without consent as-well! Has been a very frustrating couple years banking here. Time to move on.

Started off frustrated as Kuan was late for appointment, we called into RBC buisness. Account management is horrible here. We called the buisness solutions to look into a buisness credit card, they booked us an appointment at the main branch in Regina. At the appointment they were going to just have us call them again. What is the point of brining us into the branch then? Especially with the construction and parking situation at this time downtown. Very frustrating experience with RBC, haven’t had any good experiences well dealing with them for buisness accounts. Our first time here when opening account we asked several times there’s no credit check to open account, they said NO! Yet we had a credit inquiry on our bureau, they told us it was a mistake and it would be removed now over 2 years later it’s still showing as an inquiry. This is illegal ^ We are taking our buisness account elsewhere, and do not recommend small business as they will not support your buisness and waste your time. Very unprofessional, very frustrated.

Giving five stars because of Linda and Linda only! Wonderful lady with good humor, kind voice, and a nice smile who was incredibly understanding of my situation as a student and as a new banker. Wish she could be my teller for all my visits tbh. Her customer service is amazing. (For other customers sake: she has dark, curly hair and she wears glasses.)

Do whatever else but don’t go here for any of your major businesses. I am an international student and the banker who “helped” me to activate my student account ruined my file. My DOB was wrong in the trans union system for which I asked her to help me and she refused to do. While Nikki, from downtown branch reached out to trans union and corrected it. Because of the mistake that happened 6 months ago I am still not able to view my credit score. Don’t ever go here for important things to get done.
