I am active in sports and have visited many specialists, but Faizal at Neurosync is easily one of the best physiotherapists I have ever encountered. His diagnostic skills are incredible—he has actually surprised me several times by identifying my physical issues just by watching me walk in, before I even said a word. He doesn’t just treat symptoms; he has a deep understanding of how to find and fix the underlying cause. The support staff at Neurosync is equally impressive. Whether it’s handling complex billing, following up on appointments, or squeezing me in for an urgent session, they are always professional, supportive, and accommodating. If you want a clinic that combines elite clinical skill with great customer service, this is it.

I highly recommend Zahara and the whole team at Neurosync physiotherapy. I have experienced many different physiotherapists in the past, but never have they been able to provide the longterm relief that Zahara has. She does hands on treatment for the whole hour. She is excellent in diagnosing the issue. She creates a safe and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you Zahara and the whole team at neurosync physiotherapy. 😊

I had an excellent experience at Neurosync Physiotherapy and Rehab. The head physiotherapist, Faisal, is incredibly talented, dedicated, and genuinely cares about his patients. What truly stood out to me was that he personally called me on a Sunday (his day off) after reading my email inquiry — that level of commitment is truly above and beyond. During sessions, Faisal is patient, thorough, and very informative. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my treatment. I’ve also worked with other therapists at the clinic, including Zahara, who was absolutely amazing as well. The front desk and support staff — Salima, Hetvi, and Trupti — deserve special mention. They are super friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating, which makes every visit pleasant and warm. Overall, Neurosync Physiotherapy provides outstanding care with a highly professional and compassionate team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy treatment. Faizal is a miracle worker. He was very knowledgeable and proactive with my knee injury. He vastly improved my flexibility range and coached me back into shape with some great physiotherapy routines to practice at home. Faizal also worked on my 16 yr son and 14 yr daughter as young athletes and helped them understand ways to improve and recover from their hockey, volleyball, and soccer games. Even more impressive was the way Faizal helped my wife recover from her sciatica leg injury. She credits her vast improvements and pain management to Faizal's exercises and routines. Highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

I would highly recommend Neurosync!! Dr. Faizal, Zahara and the entire team are kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. After suffering with constant dizziness symptoms for over a week, Dr. Faizal was the only professional to diagnosis me correctly. I had went to urgent care, the ER, and even my own family doctor with little to no support of what I was experiencing. After meeting with Dr. Faizal and Zahara, I finally felt heard and at ease knowing what I had and the treatment to finally heal my body. I have already seen significant improvement after only a few sessions and I look forward to continuously working with them! Beyond grateful.
