I have been seeing Ryan for a few months and have seen some amazing changes in my body. My spine is straighter and I have less body tension. Ryan is very intuitive and he works with you to unravel the patterns that have contributed to your current situation. He guides you through breathing exercises and supports you with knowledge and exercises. I have recommended Ryan over and over again because he is that awesome! Also his foam rolling/pilates combo class is the bomb too!

My experience with Lisa was awesome. It was my first time having an osteopath appointment and I did not know what to expect. I am 33 weeks pregnant and have some lower back/hip pain. She addressed my whole body, not just a specific area. She is very knowledgeable and with slight adjustments I felt lighter and looser in areas that were tight prior. I’ll continue to see her prior to giving birth to make sure everything is in its right alignment. And I will definitely see her after to make sure healing is easier. I also learned I can bring baby with me if there is any adjustments baby needs after delivery as well. I felt very comfortable and confident I’m getting the treatment that massage and physio weren’t quite able to help me with.
