Cathy is a very kind and compassionate physiotherapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable regarding hypermobility and how to move the body to strengthen and reduce pain. I have suffered with chronic pain for 15 years and seen many specialists however they all wanted me to push through the pain. I have actually been able to gain back some strength without massively flaring my symptoms which is amazing. Cathy has been very patient and adaptable with me and my limitations, I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing her expertise.
