Hailee at neon nails!! One of the best!! It was such an amazing experience, took the time and effort to make my nails perfect. Checking in on me and making my experience a 10/10 I highly recommend her!! A VIU student trying to build her clientele!!

I was gift a set of false lashes for Christmas. It was my first time having them. Although they looked beautiful and Jen did an amazing job, I couldn’t handle how they felt on my eyes. I had them removed two days later and Jen and her staff were so understanding and accommodating. Top notch customer service and amazing staff! Highly recommend Neon Nails at Rock City Center.

Service was very good for a first time experienced with neon nail salon. They help each other to achieve what you like for your nails. I love how my gel nail polished turns out,similar colour to my home made cranberry sauce. Will do my nail here again next time.

Only place I go! As a nail tech myself I never had a bad experience. I’m welcomed in with big smiles and hello’s and just pure positive energy. Monica does my nails every time and never lets me leave unhappy or with bad nails. She’s a master and doing beautiful non-thick acrylic nails but still incredibly stable. We have an amazing time every time and it’s like seeing a close friend every 3 weeks. Jen is the most beautiful kind hearted soul I’ve met and she lights up a room. Stella is so passionate at what she does it’s truly inspiring. Jason is so sweet and funny and so detail oriented. Irbing my lovely neighbour is just a joy to be around and so caring. And lastly Henry is so kind and generous, always willing to help get stuff for his coworkers and make them smile. I recommend rock city neon nail to everyone, you won’t leave unhappy and if something happens they are always welcome to fix it for you with no hesitation.
