Sami is truly talented and hands down the best nail tech. I was lucky to find Neo Nailz ages ago, and I wasn’t a fan of doing nails besides occasionally, but I been coming every season at least because of them! Sami goes above and beyond and is such a wonderful person, highly recommend! ✨

Sami is THE best. I came to Neo Nailz with longtime bitten, food service fingers - within months my nail beds were healthy and the natural shape of my nail transformed from the builder gel. Now I have nails that make people stop and demand to know my nail tech 😂 I also love that Sami uses regulated Canadian-made products, and is such a talented freehand artist!

I started getting my nails done by Sami in 2021 and I've never looked back! Besides their talent for nail art, one thing that has always really stood out is how compassionate they are. I am someone who deals with a lot of social anxiety (which got quite a bit worse after COVID!), but Sami made me feel welcome immediately - you can really tell how kind and genuine they are 😊 I love our conversations, but they are also great at keeping things comfortable if you're wanting a quiet space too. They have grown so much over the past few years, it's clear they put a lot of work into learning new techniques and keeping up with trends. Sami is amazing at nail art, there is truly nothing they can't do! Thanks so much for keeping my nails pretty, Sami! You've got a customer for life ❤️

Sami is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had, across 5 different cities. They take the time to get to know their clients, they provide amazing art (usually free-hand), and I promise you’ll also have a blast laughing and chatting. I haven’t lived in Victoria for over a year now and I still regularly pull up photos of how my nails used to look when I saw Sami every few weeks just to talk about the talent. Worth every penny and every minute of your time.
