As someone who was always nervous with cleanings as I would always come out with sensitive gums I can safely say this was the best cleaning I've had. Rachel took such great care making sure I was comfortable and gave me more information than any other hygienist has. She was super gentle with the cleaning and I left feeling clean, not in pain. Highly recommend!

I want to give Dr Andrew Hoang, his assistant Lisa, the receptionist Alyssa, and the other staff at the office big praise for their friendliness and dedication to their jobs. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody who needs dental work to be done because of the new equipment inside the clinic and the very high level of customer service.

Never have we ever experienced..such a famiiy type welcomed feeling. Right from the first call to make the appointment. Ḥy my sons hsve been. They have the BEST...BY FAR...customer service. And ⁶so my sons ACTULLY JUST WENT HAPPY' AGAIN. thank u so so much u ufys for making everything so quick and easy there and I highly recommend to anybody . Every single visit.

So, I'll start off by saying I hate going to the dentist. It's been a source of anxiety for most of my life, so when my Dentist moved away a few years ago, I was reluctant to find a new one. After 2, maybe 2.5, years, I finally decided I needed to find a new dentist. I booked an appointment with Neighbourhood Dental for just a cleaning to try and get a feel for it before I committed, and I am honestly so glad I did. Everyone was so lovely to deal with. The hygienist that worked with me, Rachel, was phenomenal. She was kind. She cared about my comfort and anxiety. She wasn't judgemental or pushy or condescending, and I so appreciated it. I left with a big smile on my face and I am actually looking forward to the next visit in January. Last thing I want to mention is that the adult prize drawer is awesome; it's a really nice, really fun touch (why should kids get all the prizes?!? haha).

Oh my where to start? The receptionist is the most caring and kindest receptionist I have ever met. The hygienist and dental assistant far out do any I have ever encountered. And The Dentist wow!!! Exceptional!!!So kind, so patient, so caring so knowledgeable. I have been to many different dentist offices and they all seem pretty close to the same. BUT this one is different, It is Exceptional!!!This is an amazing team of professionals that actually go the extra mile . I would very very very highly recommend this Dental Office!!!
