I really love this shop - Neighbourhood Automotive diagnosed and replaced my leaking radiator within a few hours, which I really appreciated. And for a very reasonable price point as well. On a personal note, Kate (the owner) was really kind to me when I had to cancel a previous appointment due to some life stuff that came up. Good people at this shop, I’d really recommend!

As the saying goes, a reliable mechanic is worth its weight in gold. Well, Kate and her crew at Neighbourhood Auto are just that! Knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, competent. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend this shop, Kate was SO easy to deal with, got me in right away and fixed all issues within the afternoon. I had shopped around asking for quotes and what they charged me was perfectly accurate, no additional charges or extra issues. My car is running like gold again and I will be recommending this shop to all my family and friends!

This gem of a shop has moved to 1881 Hastings just a few blocks from the Pandora street location which is shutting down at the month. Katie and her team have been a staple in the community providing reliable, top shelf auto service in a unique and charming atmosphere of vintage pieces and friendly vibes Kates has created over many years. Not to mention the community events like the classic car show and being a place that neighbour's can swing by and say hello and hangout in the front of the shop where Kate has been so warm and welcoming. Sadly, she is being forced out by unjust and targeted rent increases by the landlord that reveal the current state of self serving greed in the real estate market.
