Colton got here so fast when we called for an emergency plumber. They quoted an hour and he was maybe 20 minutes. He explained everything great. Work was done in a speedy manner and he was very friendly to deal with. I also felt safe with him in our home with my two kids.

Some tenants of mine called this plumber. While the plumber did, apparently, address the original work he also did unintended damage to the rental unit. He broke some tile and also ended up burning the carpet, breaking a tile, and placing a rather large cut in the drywall (see attached photos). When I spoke with a "manager" they didn't care about the damage their plumber had done. I cannot in good faith recommend this plumbing company, and would encourage others to avoid them based on my experience.

I was driving behind the truck of this company about a month ago and took a picture in the event we needed a plumber. So that day came yesterday and I booked an online appointment for today, July 10, 2017, at 1:00 pm. Prior to booking I did read some reviews that people would get calls saying the plumber was delayed due to an emergency. However, I did read several more positive reviews and so we decided to try them out. Well, let me tell you those people who waited forever were right! One o"clock came and went. At 1:30 pm we received that first dreaded delayed call. A couple of hours later yet another call, for a total of four calls. On the third call she advised me that the plumber was dealing with a gas leak issue. I asked her at the time (around 5:30 pm) if this plumber would still come out tonight. She said she will call to update us as soon as she knows. The last call came around 7:30 pm and the call centre woman said the plumber was going to be further delayed and she asked if he could come tomorrow? I said no! She said well he is willing to offer a 10% discount. I said REALLY??? On the website it says you can get 15%. I found the offer of 10% very insulting and that they wouldn't even just give the 15% off automatically because they inconvenienced a customer!! Not very good customer service on their part. She said okay I'll go ahead and cancel it Clearly I wasn't going to wait until tomorrow to go through this again and also I wasn't going to wait four days like that one review. I would have given them no stars but I had to choose one star in order to post this. I thought they worked 24 hours???? NO Overtime rates??? Is this false advertising??? Do they only have one plumber working??? See their posted advertising on their truck. Be very aware when you decide to call this company for service. It might be hit and miss. Mine was surely a miss!

Kevin was awesome. He fixed my plumbing issues, offered to install my sink, offered to service my hot water tank. Informed me and showed me the hot water tank issues, since the hot water tank was 16 years old. Rusting and cracked inside, recommended that I get a new one and did not charge me for service since I agreed to have him install the new one. Showed me how to work it. He is very friendly and professional, and cleaned up the mess from the replacing of the stacking pipe. I will use your company again if I have any issues in the future. I will highly recommend your company to anyone that needs plumbing, hot water tank and furnace servicing. It is nice to find a company that can do all these things at a good price, and tells you the prices before starting any work. So there is no surprises when you get the bill. I've been wanting a good plumber/company and now I have one.

Jason was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He thoroughly addressed the problem with my furnace and advised me what he had to do to repair it. He also gave me advice for the future life of my furnace in terms of regular maintenance. Very prompt for appointments Was also attentive to my 3 cats who attempted to help him. Good job, Jason.
