I believe they deserve a 3.5/5 stars but I am only able to do full stars. Note that these inspections were made as both of the detailers were still present on my property. I got the luxury package on my winter suv for $165+$15 tip. The reason that I deducted 1.5 stars is because 1. The top of my SUV was not washed, there was still bird poop on the roof. The only reason I was able to see this, was because I opened my sun roof to air out my carpets as they had let me know the carpets are still wet. Knowing this, they probably didn’t polish the top of my car. 2. Upon opening my drivers door, the inside portion of the vehicle was not polished. None of the doors by the foot area were polished. Not sure what the exact auto term of this part is, but from past experience this is always done at other places. Also my car is white so you’ll see every single spot that needs attention. Upon opening my doors, you’ll also see some dirt that could’ve been wiped off as well. 3. The top of my back seats were not wiped at all, leaving it dusty was simply shocking to me and others. Other places would’ve shampooed even the stitching part of the interior. 4. Missed spots from vacuuming, as there were random spots that still had pebbles and leaves from autumn trees under the front seats. I probably would recommend a stronger vacuum with several attachments to fix this issue. The seatbelts were also not wiped down. 5. Usually at detailing places whoever is working on my car will detach my emblems so they are able to clay bar and polish the dirt embedded in the clear coat. They reattach it, which costs them just a few bucks for the tape, however this extra feature leaves a good impression especially on white paint. 6. The trunk liner wasn’t as clean as I expected, I am assuming the dirt was just hosed off and not physically brushed off with something abrasive. No big deal, usually I do this quickly at royal oak car wash but their pressure washer is super strong compared to a regular garden hose. 7. Some missed spots from the exterior detailing but I would say 3.5 hours is super quick so you definitely wouldn’t be able to get every corner. Despite these cons, there are some pros. Quick and easy to book an appointment. It’s affordable, especially when you like to get detailing done often to upkeep your car. They’re nice people that come to your location. It was a pretty good job, but just not excellent. Overall my winter whip looks better than before their service so it was a good $180 spent. They practically didn’t make much divided among each other since materials and labour is not cheap these days. Rooms for improvement but we are all human.

They did a really awesome job on my car! I just searched 'car wash near me' and the company popped up - genius name! I had to be somewhere else within an hour and a half of dropping my car off and they were able to clean my car within an hour. Super efficient! I'll definitely be booking back again. Thank you!
