Nature’s Gentle Touch Salon in Ikeja is a solid choice for anyone focused on hair health, especially natural hair. The staff are knowledgeable and take time to explain treatments and proper hair care, which I really appreciate. The environment is clean and calm, and you can tell hair health is their priority rather than just styling. That said, the pricing may feel a bit high for some, and customer service at the front desk could be more consistent. It was my first time and no hair consultation was done for me. Yet previous customers say they offer free hair consultation for 1st timers. Overall, it’s a good salon if you’re intentional about maintaining healthy hair and don’t mind paying a bit extra for expertise.

Without a doubt, Nature Gentle Touch salon is a one stop shop for a wholesome hair treatment. From the thorough hair washing to the expertly done steaming and twisting, every step was superb. I must also commend the helpful and highly professional stylists who made the experience even better. I definitely will be back!

I visited this salon yesterday after seeing positive reviews, and while the stylists who handled my hair were gentle and professional, the overall experience was disappointing due to extremely poor customer service at the reception. From the moment I walked in to the point of leaving, the reception staff were unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable. Despite spending over ₦50,000, I felt tense throughout my visit instead of relaxed, which is the opposite of what a salon experience should be. I don’t mind paying a premium for my hair when the service is worth it, but to me, customer service is everything. Unfortunately, the poor attitude and lack of professionalism at the front desk completely overshadowed the good work done by the stylists. I won’t be returning, and I strongly believe the salon needs to invest in better training for their reception staff, as it significantly affects the overall customer experience. Update: After sharing my experience, the Business Development Manager reached out, listened attentively to my concerns, and apologized sincerely. He also offered compensation, which I genuinely appreciate. His response made me feel much better and showed that the salon values feedback and customer satisfaction. I hope this level of professionalism is reflected consistently across all staff going forward.

My first experience at nature gentle touch was more than what word could comprehend. I was treated like a soft lady likeeeeeeeeeeeee😌😌 it was amazing, the workshop class was amazing and I learnt a lot which gave me more understanding about my hair. I'll definitely want to be here again.

Their products are really good for natural hair as it's evident a lot of care was put into the creation of the products. I especially like the monoi deep conditioner, because it actually helps in detangling, redefining and maintaining the texture of my hair. And my hair smells amazing after every wash.

I absolutely love the Nature Gentle Touch Hair Cream! It’s lightweight, non-greasy, and melts so well into my hair without leaving any buildup. At every stage, they’ve known exactly how to care for it making sure it’s properly washed, strengthened, and moisturized.
