Had my 2006 Suzuki car getting some work done at Northside auto in Lethbridge. Work was done correctly and in a timely manner. The staff there was polite and professional. The work wast time consuming but they gave me a ride home and back to pick it up. Great job!!!!

Northside Auto has looked after my vehicles for over 20 years! Mike and Cindy at the front desk are amazing! So helpful always! John, Allan and Tom (retired now) mechanics in the back do a great job looking after my vehicles. They are honest and have kept my older vehicles in top condition! Highly recommend them all!

Every mechanic shop that services trucks and provides quotes as fast as these guys deserves a five-star review. I called yesterday asking for a quote, and he gave me the price for both the part and the service right away. They had the part in first thing this morning, and my truck was fixed by around 10–11 a.m. Super efficient, straightforward, and great to deal with. I’d definitely recommend them.

I am extremely grateful for the service I was provided!! My car was in really bad shape. Heading to the scrap yard if repairs were not made. They went over and beyond with looking after my car. It felt like a lifetime to finally get my car back, but it was well worth the wait. I appreciate how they took the time to give my car it’s very overdo repairs. There were no hidden fees, as they kept me well informed with any additional costs for each additional repair. This car is my first vehicle, brand new off the lot 17 years ago. Now my old clunky car runs so soothly and actually accelerates! Thank you so much!! I’m still struggling to believe how much you guys went over and beyond for me. You guys have earned a loyal customer!

Very disappointing service & price! All I needed was a in-car heater (new one that I provided) installed in my Subaru Forester. Had appointment booked the previous week & Northside had my car for 4 hrs & never got into it. So they recommended rebooking it for Dec 12th. I was shocked to hear that the total bill was over $385! This was like double what I expected for a simple job like this. I've lost a lot of trust in Northside Auto, that I've been going to for over 20 years. Sad that with changes in ownership, customer service & fair costs have been compromised. My advice to all future customers is to ensure you get an estimate before you proceed with any work from this auto repair shop. Thank you.
