I've had my first laser session today at Naked Cactus, intending to only have a consultation while shopping around for a new laser hair removal place, but I was instantly sold on a few things: - The cleanliness of the space! Everything is neatly organized and tidy, from the reception area to the treatment room - The overall professionalism of my technician (I believe her name is Mirza?). She was extremely thorough and explained the importance of coming in regularly for the best results--and these are the two key things that I really appreciated as my previous laser hair removal place didn't give me that much detail on how to achieve the best results. I also didn't feel very rushed (another big difference). Definitely would recommend going just because of her alone; she is fantastic! - There's free parking (and it's in between a pizza place and donut place) - And it's very reasonably priced! I've booked my next appointment already. Thank you again!

I’ve had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The team is extremely clear about every step of the process, including pricing and treatment details. Before beginning my sessions, they clearly explained what areas could be treated and what couldn’t, and there were no surprises at all. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were I always knew exactly what I was paying for. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about giving the best results. Highly recommend

Please be aware if you’re planning to use the 15% weekend discount they’re promoting. This was only my second visit — I came back because I was genuinely impressed with the place and because my wax specialist always does an amazing job. But after this experience, I’m honestly not sure if I want to return. I went in for a wax appointment yesterday, paid my bill, and asked for a receipt on my way out. When I got to my car and did the math, something didn’t add up, so I went back inside and showed the receptionist the email about the offer. She told me they do have the discount, but that I should’ve mentioned it beforehand — which made absolutely no sense. Isn’t it their responsibility to inform customers and make sure the discount is applied? Her reasoning just didn’t make sense. She stared at me blankly, and it made me feel so awkward, like I was asking for something I wasn’t even eligible for. I almost walked out, but I turned back and asked if she could refund and rebill me — because as far as I know, that’s not a big deal. She said yes, she could, but not the tip, which was totally fine since my specialist always does a great job. Still, there was no apology. In fact, I ended up apologizing and saying I should’ve mentioned it upfront — and now I’m wondering why, because I wasn’t the one in the wrong. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this genuinely upset me because I can’t understand the logic behind that interaction. So ladies, just be mindful if you’re going for the weekend discount — it seems they won’t apply it unless you specifically ask for it. 😊

Been holding back my experience about this place but I think I’ll be helping someone avoid a terrible experience like myself. I’ve done other laser sessions at other salons and I’ve never been so disappointed in the service as much as the results from treatment. I used to have peach fuzz on my arms and after coming here it grew back much thicker which they didn’t mention could happen until after I had already done the first half of my session. I had booked a full body and it was so painful I had sweat so much I drenched the paper you lay on and had to stop because I almost passed out. I’m covered in tattoo and have played contact sports my whole life, dislocated fingers and displaced ribs so I know I have a high pain tolerance and the laser tech just mocked me for not being able to handle the pain. I unfortunately had to come back another day to finish the rest of my treatment because it was so painful. I had to communicate my experience with the owner and she just gaslit me for saying it was impossible that my hair grew back thicker after a session with them which was ridiculous. She did finish the rest of my session but I would not recommend this place to anyone

I have been coming here for laser hair removal for the past year with Ranya (7 sessions). I am very happy with the results. She is very professional qnd diligent. She is also very friendly, I don't even realize how time goes by. The front desk and clinic management is great as well. Very reasonable prices too.
