Great experience at this location. Called last minute on a Sunday afternoon for a small group of us to get pedicures, and they were able to schedule us in together. They were all very nice and worked quickly while we were engrossed in our own conversations. They were also super sweet to my niece, who can be a bit extra, which was especially memorable for her. She loved the kiddie chair and we enjoyed the massage chairs! Really appreciate the reasonable prices too. That made it possible to treat ourselves without breaking the bank! Thank you to the staff for a lovely visit - we look forward to coming back.

I started going to Nails Time here in Crestview after moving to this end of the city about 4 years ago and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they’re always accommodating even if I slip in close to closing time. The quality of their work is wonderful — my nails always turn out beautifully. I’m so glad I found this place and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great nail salon!

As always, a great experience! I didn’t make an appointment and was a walk in and they took me in right away. Everyone was lovely and the lady working on my nails did a great job. I needed them done for a wedding and they are perfect. I still have the cuticle stuff on my hands, and they’re beat up from work lol but I love the nails!

I went here yesterday as it's very close to where I live, and my partner wanted to treat me after having a rough week. When I entered I asked if the nail set I desired (first photo) was possible at this location before sitting down, they initially said yes and I was thrilled! I sat down (at 2:30) and they begin the process. My nail tech spent the first hour on the base of the nail, which wasn't a bad thing necessarily as the base is smooth and strong, but I was a bit shocked at the length of time it took. When we moved on to the design, things got confusing. An hour and a half into the design process I started to notice that the design looked nothing like the picture, and not a single nail was completed at this time mark. Five were half done and five were completely blank. This was two and a half hours into the service. I understand that the design is very complex and difficult, but that's why I asked if it was possible before sitting down. I asked again (two hours in) if they were able to make it look like the picture and they said no, not exactly. Keep in mind at this point the starfish nail was not a 3d design, but just painted on in chrome like a sticker, which is fine and the painting was well done, but just not what I desired. One nail we were struggling with the seashell design and when I asked her to re do it, she did multiple times, so I'm giving them points for their customer service. However I was extremely disappointed with the design that was on the fingers at two hours in, and I didn't feel like sitting for another two hours for a design I didn't desire. I asked if they could take the design off and do an alternative one (second pic), to which the owner said they were going to have to charge me for that. I said no I'm not paying for design removal and they were respectful of that and let me change the design without paying an extra fee, which is nice. I switched to the second pic for my design and they were honest with me and said they couldn't do it like the picture, which I am 100% okay with, and I told her she could free hand design the gems. I was happy with the completed product, until I went out to do some errands and I noticed that the glue for the gems hadn't set all the way, and was picking up lint. As well as the gem spacing was inconsistent. This last part is my fault for sure as I should've double checked before leaving the salon, but at the time I left it was 5:30 when I sat down at 2:30, so I just wanted to leave. I also noticed that the gems were starting to fall off after only a few hours, but I'm assuming that is because of the glue not setting. All in all their customer service was great and they were apologetic for the experience, so I'm not upset with them. I'm sure they are a great place to go if you like simple nails, a classic French, or basic designs on nails. And their prices are very affordable. But if you are like me and like things a bit over the top and extra, this wouldn't be my first option to go to.
