Such a lovely nail salon! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and really take their time to make sure you’re happy with the results. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, and I always feel well taken care of. I also love that they offer a stamp card — such a nice bonus for loyal clients. Highly recommend! I have been going to this place for almost three years now and the sole reason is welcoming staff with a smile on their face 😇 Tram🫶🏼 she always does an amazing job with UV gel nails and i really like how she respects my design choices and never pushy like some other places. Can not recommend this place enough 💖✨

I want to preface this review by saying that I am a certified esthetician, and I’ve been getting monthly pedicures at many different salons for years. My friend and I came in last week for a 3:30 PM appointment for two gel pedicures, and this was, without exaggeration, the worst pedicure I have ever received. I’ve spent the last week thinking about how to word this, because there is simply so much that went wrong. Here are the major issues: 1. The entire gel pedicure was only 30 minutes. Thirty minutes for a gel pedicure is shockingly rushed and far below industry standard. 2. The service itself was rough, rushed, and painful. • My friend’s feet were scrubbed with a rough sponge so aggressively that it hurt. • Our nail and cuticle work was rushed to the point where her nail beds were sore afterward. • A hot stone was used on her leg without being temperature-tested first, causing her to yelp in pain. This is something any trained technician should know to avoid. 3. The customer service was careless and unprofessional. • Neither technician asked us what nail shape we wanted. I was chatting with my friend, and before I even realized it, my nails had been rounded without my input. • The silver polish I chose turned out sheer, and while my technician did ask if I wanted to switch (which I appreciated), she immediately rushed through the application. She was moving so quickly that she kept pushing and contorting my feet to accommodate her speed. • The polish itself was fine, but both my friend and I had gel left on the skin around our toenails. • When we finished, both technicians slammed the arms of our massage chairs upward, almost as if they were annoyed with us. It was jarring and uncalled for. Overall, this experience was beyond disappointing and genuinely uncomfortable. Do NOT spend your money here. If you want a proper pedicure, take your business to Famous Nails across the street- you’ll have a far better experience. ***EDIT*** Am I.. dreaming? Is this your real response??? First of all, don’t lie; I have proof. I’ve attached a photo of the polish left on the skin around the toenails. Secondly, we didn’t speak up because a) we were being polite b) we were shocked and wanted to get out as soon as possible c) Did not know how far speaking up would get us with a language barrier. Lastly, do I have to mention how silly and dishonest it looks to have one of your employees post a five star review for a “pedicure” shortly after I posted my review? People are not stupid. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I hope you know your reply to my review only further corroborates my story. Oh brother.

I absolutely love this place! I got a full set of acrylics and they turned out perfect. The shape, length, and color were exactly what I asked for. The staff were super friendly, gentle, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a nice vibe. My nails have lasted weeks with no lifting or chipping. Definitely my new go-to spot for nails — highly recommend!

Tram and all of the crew at nails forever are seriously the best. I go every 3 to 4 weeks for a manicure and 3 times a year for a pedicure. I get gel nails every time. TRAM is incredible. She can do ANY design I show her on Pinterest. Any theme. Any colours. She's just the sweetest too. I love going there!!!
