I had such a great experience at the Nail Studio, especially with Tina! I was 15 minutes late to my appointment due to an emergency, and I was really worried about how it would affect everything. On top of that, I had accidentally booked the wrong service and forgot to mention that I actually needed nail extensions. Tina had already started the gel manicure when I realized my mistake, but she was so kind and understanding about it. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all and was completely willing to adjust the service. The service was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate her patience.😊

Probably my favourite set so far!! Lee helped me pick the perfect colour cause I was very undecided between different colours at the time. I’ve been getting cat eye nails but always been wanting to try chrome too! Lee made sure I still picked what I wanted but helped me in the process of doing it. She’s always so kind and tests a couple out for me. I love how neat and clean everything looks. Even the shaping is flawless! The extensions blend so well—they look like my real nails. 5-star experience from start to finish. I’ll most likely be booking future fills and new sets of extensions with Lee! Here’s some pics for reference! I wanted to go for more natural-looking nails, and it’s been achieved.

*update* I got my nails removed and wanted a regular manicure one of the nail techs destroyed my nail walls by overfiling the side walls now multiple of my nails are breaking at the sides one was really bad and a new nail tech here glued it together but since them multiple have breaking. Be careful who does your nails please its so painful to have them overfile the side walls

This was my first time at the salon, and it was especially disappointing because these were meant to be my holiday nails. I had high hopes; however, this is how I walked out after requesting a fill with an off-white color and chrome. As you can see from the photo, this is not what I asked for, and the workmanship was very sloppy. I did show my nails to the male staff member working the front desk, and while he was super nice and did give me 10% off, the overall experience was still very disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return to this salon again.

ATE DOWN AS ALWAYS!!💅🏽 Booking is easy,staff is friendly,I was offered drinks throughout my service. My nail tech wasn’t too chatty which I appreciated😇 French manicure booked with Ivy,she did them perfectly!🥹🥹 will be going there monthly💗
