This was my first manicure in BC as I’ve recently relocated from Saskatchewan. Michelle did a great job! It’s definitely one of the best manicures I’ve had. I got the Gel X extensions. It was a little on the pricey side (over $100) but its worth the money if you want a more natural looking result. :)

Nanami was really kind and provided exceptional service for Apres Gel X nails. We did a trial and error on the colors and shade matched exactly what I wanted! Would highly recommend.

I love this place. I recently moved to the area, and I've tried a couple of places and nowhere comes close to Nail Palette! They're amazing, all the nail techs are so sweet, and everyone I have had there does such a clean and perfect job and gives me exactly what I ask for, and they last for a long time! I'm super picky about my nails, but have never had any complaints here; they do a consistently amazing job. I get the Gel X nail extensions and they're fantastic. Nanami is absolutely amazing, and so is everyone I have had there!

The people who work here are very friendly, and the salon had steady traffic when I visited. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the mag gel look I received at my first visit, but Michelle (the owner) was quick to reach out and invited me back for a colour change. It is clear that Michelle cares about her business and her clients. She took the time to explain to me the process of magnetic gel polish application and the different looks that can be achieved (such as by using a base colour and the magnet). Michelle suggested applying a neutral undercoat, which made the look consistent across my nails and absolutely stunning (last image)! I’ll be back for future visits ✨

I’ve been coming to Nail Palette for months now. It’s truly the best nail salon in the neighbourhood. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The salon is also meticulously clean. Michelle is always so helpful and kind - she has a way of making you feel instantly comfortable, and she truly listens to what you want. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your experience, and her dedication really sets the tone for the whole salon. Nanami, Krystina and Bahar are just as wonderful. They’re not only incredibly helpful and friendly, but also very advanced in their work. Their technique, precision, and consistency always stand out, and they deliver beautiful results every single time. With them, my nails come out perfect, and their steady quality adds so much to the overall experience. The effort they put into shaping, polishing, and the finishing touches that make such a difference. You can clearly see the level of care they bring to their work, and it really elevates the experience. The overall quality is top notch, and the beautiful attention to detail keeps me coming back. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. After months of consistently positive experiences, I can confidently say this is the best nail salon in Hastings Sunrise- professional, welcoming, and truly exceptional.
