Always happy when I come here. They always offer me something to drink and they are just the sweetest people to their customers. But these are by far the best I’ve had from this salon yet. I do believe it was Salina who did my nails. And my goodness is she ever talented. Thank you so much :) and I’m sorry to have kept you there a little later :3

Only 5 days ago. :( also paid for 40 mins service but only got 30 mins. Nice staff though. Update: They messaged me directly and offered to fix it for free, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stop by since I’ve been pretty booked with work. Thank you so much, though, great customer service!

I called and ask if they could do builder gel (hard gel) and then a gel colour on top, they assured me they could. The nail tech definitely did NOT know how to do a builder gel manicure. My sidewalls were absolutely butchered, the nail surface is bumpy and there is no apex to be found. Pictures are from 1 week ago, the middle nail broke literally the day after getting them done.

I just had the most uncomfortable and disgusting nail appointment of my life. I was getting my nails done and the owner was sitting right beside me, watching the woman who was doing my nails. Out of nowhere, the two of them started laughing — loudly, uncontrollably — while looking at my hands. I asked what was funny, and the tech said it was the nail color… As a plus-sized woman, I didn’t need a translator to understand exactly what the joke was. I don’t care what language you speak — tone and body language are universal. They were laughing at me, not the polish. I didn’t appreciate it, so I took a photo of the nail color. The tech immediately got awkward and asked if I liked it. I told her: ‘No — but I understood what the joke was about.’ After that, she suddenly couldn’t focus. She struggled to even finish my second hand because she knew she’d been caught. On my way out, I went straight to the owner and asked him again what was so funny about the color. Instead of owning anything, he tried to spin some ridiculous lie about thinking the tech was done with the color and going to put it away — which made zero sense, because all she had done at that point was put the tips on. They weren’t talking about the polish. They were talking about me. The only person I tipped was the man who did my pedicure, because he was the only one who didn’t insult me. I sat there for an hour and a half while the owner of the business fat-shamed me openly, laughed at me with his staff, and then lied to my face about it. It’s disgusting that a business owner behaves like that. And if they’re that comfortable mocking women’s bodies in front of them, I can only imagine how many other clients have sat in that chair and been treated the same way. I won’t be back — and if you’re a woman with any body insecurity at all, you shouldn’t go either. They clearly think their customers are entertainment.

Loved my first experience here. I had references but ultimately wanted to give my artist some creative freedom with the design. He did an incredible job and I couldn't be happier!
