We were super nervous about getting the procedure, but our midwife emphasized its importance and the professionalism of this practice. My wife and I feel that the care and attention that our child received was excellent and so were the outcomes.

I went to dr ivy after seeing two other dentist, hoping she can help me cuz she's a biological dentist. I was very disappointed to have her push a deadly root canal for me n when I refused n asked for a fill she agreed n promised to fix the fill with an ozone therapy or whatever technique she had to kill all the bacteria. It was a 200$ app for a fill that turned out to be $800 cuz she thought she should laser my gums during it. I left n then find out she didn't even clean out the infection n bacteria. I think she is not a great dentist because she cares more about making money than to help people. One positive comment is that her staff is very kind n accommodating but she is just after the money! I spent a couple of thousands for her to get nothing she said she was going to do. And the issue I went for is still unresolved.

Dr Ivy and her team are hands down the best dental clinic I have ever experienced. I have had significant dental issues over the years and for the first time I feel confident that the care I am receiving is looking after the long term health of my dental and treating my dental as part of my entire health/wellness.

Dr Ivy, Brownynne, and the entire friendly team at My Smile have been amazing! For the first time since my son was born, I finally feel like we have the tools to address his mouth breathing and related issues. I was a nervous wreck about fixing my son’s younger tie and lip tie but visiting Doctor Yu’s office, she made me feel so safe and assured that the procedure will be beneficial and safe. She and her staff took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions honestly. The procedure was very quick and efficient. When we came back to the room I was expecting my baby in high stress but DR Yu had already expertly calmed him down. The first few weeks I started noticing little improvements and by the second week I was successfully breast feeding him. She is an expert in this field and you are in very safe hands if you are a mama who have been experiencing feeding issues with your baby and you have been told you need to check the younger and lip. Do not hesitate to see her. She is absolutely amazing.
