I had a pre-purchase inspection done at this shop. Communication was limited, and I was not notified when the vehicle was ready as promised. The report stated that the AC was not functioning and described it as a significant issue. This directly affected the potential buyer’s decision, and the deal did not proceed. After testing the vehicle myself, I confirmed that when the AC compressor is engaged, the air blows very cold (ice-cold), and when the AC is turned off, the air is noticeably warmer, indicating the system is operating properly. I believe inspections should be more accurate and thorough to avoid misunderstandings like this.

Great service!! Very nice and felt comfortable with the front desk, mechanics personal input and what they fixed and recommendations also what to expect from the dealership too. Thanks guys was really worried but we were relieved!!

I was very worried about going to the mechanic for the first time. They were wonderful with me. Definitely a family environment. They took the time to explain to me everything that was done and everything I might be done in the future. I felt reassured. I felt my car and my safety are in good hand. Price was also affordable which it is always a plus.

Excellent service. My repairs were done on a timely manner and in line with the quote that I was given. No unwanted surprises on billing. I also appreciate that everything was explained in a clear way to me along with photos as I am not particularly knowledgeable on some vehicle issues.

They organized an after hours drop off, had a loaner car waiting for me and gave me updates every step off the way. t’s rare to find people this honest, skilled, and customer-focused.
