My experience at Mvmt+ has been wonderful! They have a wide variety of classes that fit all of your needs (yoga, pilates, barre, fitness/strength, and cardio) which makes it so convenient. The classes range from a wonderful relaxing class to both a physical and mental challenge. The instructors are always there to guide and encourage in what ever you may need that day! Would highly recommend to all!!

Nice facility. Clean, modern and instructors are good. I appreciate that they don't blast lyrical music like some other places that make it hard to listen to the instructor. People are nice. Few things to comment on: 1. there aren't as many hot yoga classes as I'd like. I can't do hot yoga at home, so I pay to come to a studio that can provide that. 2. There are no markers for where to place mats in the studios, so everyone just puts their mats wherever and it is messy. I had a class where someone had to put their mat perpendicular in front of me and it just took me out of the class. 3. I love the essential oils towels at the end of a hot class. However, I'm not sure why the people use that same towel to wipe their mats after... I have extremely sensitive skin and it's like using a floor cloth on your face.

I started going to MVMT+ in the summer after moving to Spruce. I signed up for the two week new member trial and haven't looked back. The studio is a lovely, relaxing and welcoming environment with classes that suit all different abilities. There are so many different classes offered - it's great to be able to take yoga, pilates and fitness classes all in the same place. The teachers are wonderful and all have their own styles. There really is something for everyone.

I have been going to MVMT+ since the fall of 2022, shortly after the studio opened. I cannot express how truly welcoming, non-judgmental, and lovely the environment is there. There are so many class offerings - even beyond what you would expect at a yoga studio. No matter what your style and level of fitness is, I can guarantee you will find something to suit what you are looking for. The owner, as well as every one of the teachers and admins, truly care about everyone that visits the studio. You can feel the love and energy from the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommend checking this studio out and seeing what I am talking about first hand - you won’t be disappointed 🫶🏻🧘🙏🏻

We had an amazing experience with Mandy at MVMT Yoga! She did a phenomenal job catering a yoga class to our Ringette team of giggly 12- and 13-year-old girls. From the music to the lighting to the timing of the poses, she struck the perfect balance—keeping them engaged while ensuring the class stayed on track. The studio was incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling, making it easy to pair yoga with our team lunch. Highly recommend for any team or group looking for a fun and well-structured yoga session!
