Great experience every visit. The clinic is very efficient in updating me about my dental appointments. The dentist and dental assistants are professional and friendly. Special mention to Val at reception. She is very approachable and always helpful with schedule changes and insurance coverage. Highly recommend.

Have been a patient here for a couple years now. Never had any issues with staff members, they're always polite and professional. They keep good track of reminders and follow ups as well. Appointment bookings are quick and simple. Thank you Mulberry Dental!

I was at 9:45am at the reception to make an appointment, instead of finding someone to speak to, I found a notice to leave a review.....here we are, the facts are speaking for themselves, no care for patients whatsoever....think twice before thinking to have any service from this clinic.

Trust the 1 star reviews when they say don't go here. For the 20 years that I've went for my dental checkups, I've never had any issues with certain teeth. Yet the very first time I go to this clinic, they're telling me I need fillings in random teeth that I've never had fillings in. Not only was the process extremely uncomfortable and painful, the dentist was extremely dismissive when told the bite was off and brushed it off as an issue with the anesthesia. The receptionist also didn't bother checking if everything was covered and said I had to go back again for additional fillings later on, despite saying everything was covered the first time. The fillings that were added are also very off. If you get the female dentist with the blonde hair... run... don't let her work on your teeth. If you have an insurance plan, check your claims... if this clinic says you need to do a bunch of treatments that you were never told to before by other dentists, be wary and go somewhere else. Even Highgate dental is much better than this clinic.
