I had a great experience with Mr. Swirl and wanted to share how impressed I was with both the service and the owner. Hey, just wanted to drop a quick 5-star review for Mr. Swirl these guys are legit! Had a plumbing issue pop up, and they sorted it out fast, did clean work, and the price was actually fair (no crazy upcharges). Super happy with the service. Love that it's a Canadian-owned company too feels good supporting local. Big props to the owner he's super involved, checks in with the team, and you can tell he cares about his guys and the jobs. Not some big corporate thing. 100% calling them again if needed and telling my buddies. Solid crew! Thanks again! 🚀

Mark Park was on time. Immediately after the the last job he called ahead and gave me an accurate ETA on when he'd be there. He was friendly and trustworthy throughout. Fixed the problem, raised concerns and gave options. Exactly the kind of person you want when you're calling for help. Mr. Swirl is better with him on the team. I highly recommended. Great experience, I hope he is well taken care of at Mr Swirl.

We were able to get our water heater replaced within a day of the initial visit. We were kept up to date on timing through texts. Harleen (technician - spelling may not be right) was excellent. Very friendly, helped me understand the job, very efficient and knowledgeable. Gave me information to record re: warranties, maintenance and communication. And Mark, who helped with the tank moving, was very nice to deal with also. Overall, a very pleasant service experience. And the phone communication with Ally was professional and much appreciated.

It was my first time working with Mr. Swirl, and I’m quite happy with the whole experience. Booking an appointment was really easy, and they were able to send a technician to our home quickly. They have various payment methods available, and their office is good at staying in contact to remind you of upcoming visits. They are on the pricey side, but the cost comes with peace of mind (since they guarantee their work) and speedy service. I’d like to commend our technician, Nathan, for his thoroughness and professionalism. He took his time in investigating our issue, was meticulous in his work, and always ensured the space was neat and clean after he was done.
