I paid over $55 and waited 30 minutes, only to receive my car back still dirty. Tried disputing but the owner told me not to come if there are at least two cars outside because the job won’t be done properly. That’s very disappointing and unprofessional. My Tire and Rim shine upgrade

I am extremely disappointed and honestly very frustrated with my recent experience at Mr. Shine Car Wash. After paying the full cleaning fee, I expected a professional result. Instead, there was still visible dust, dirt, and several clearly missed spots throughout the vehicle. Some areas look like they were barely touched. The overall quality feels rushed and careless, which is unacceptable for a paid service. You can clearly see from the picture the condition the car was returned in. Based on that, would you honestly choose to come here again? It is extremely disappointing to spend hard earned money and take time out of your day, only to receive this level of service. At this point, even a simple clean at home would have produced better results. Honestly, my kid could have done a better job. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in the quality of service provided. Significant improvement in attention to detail and customer care is clearly needed.

We tried one more time because the first one was not great! And nothing changed, is good because is cleaner but no details at all and a lot of products on the vehicle, im whipping the products stains by myself. You guys could do very much better.

I spent 40 minutes waiting for them to wash my truck and then spent another hour cleaning all the glass, trim, and interior myself. Terrible job. Dirty rags, dirty water, dingy lighting. $50 (with tip) and it felt dirtier than before I went. I definitely regret going and won't make that mistake again.

I’ve been using mr Shine for a while, but it’s definitely not the same anymore. The cleaning quality has gone down — honestly, we can do a better job ourselves. I understand they have limited time for each car, but up until last year it was much better. This year, the service feels rushed and careless. The staff don’t seem to pay attention like they used to, and overall the experience has really declined.
