We have used Mr. Rooter for our business’s plumbing needs for many years, and we will continue to do so. Every department is consistently professional and services our needs as quickly as possible. Ryan is typically the technician on our property, and I can’t speak highly enough about his knowledge and care. He works extremely hard to resolve our issues and takes great pride in his work. Ryan always takes the time to assess the problem and communicate the fix clearly and to the point. I would recommend Mr. Rooter in West Kelowna, and I trust Ryan to handle any of our plumbing issues.

I have a unique situation living on the 3rd floor of a condo. Kelly not only was able to stop the back flow of water to my kitchen sink and laundry, but he also took the time to apply his knowledge of buildings and work through possible issues. ( which was 50-90 feet below my unit) He also followed up a few days later to make sure all was still good, and then submitted recommendations to the property manager. Highly recommend

Excellent emergency plumbing service Prompt response and professional service from start to finish. The team quickly coordinated the water shutoff and resolved our plumbing issue efficiently. From estimate quote through the process of replacing all poly b plumbing, Jack was professional, informative and kept me apprised of issues and options throughout the process. He made sure to discuss with me options for reducing drywall removal in high traffic areas and problem solving when there were alternatives. His apprentice, Faith, was also amazing with communication and explaining the process each day. Inspection came back as excellent and clean work. Price was as quoted and done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend Mr Rooter, and Jack specifically. Thanks guys for making an intimidating job feel less intimidating.

We were extremely pleased with the service from Brandon and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of West Kelowna. They were professional, pleasant and did a fantastic job on our new custom shower faucet with raindrop shower head, body sprays and wand. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter West Kelowna.
