Never again will I contact this company. 2 years ago my house had a sewer line issue. We had another company come through and diagnose the issue. They Hydro jetted the line and showed us then sewer line needed to be replaced. We than had MR. ROOTER come and look for a second opinion. They were to do up a report for our insurance as well a quote for the work. It was around $8000.00 dollars. The technician noted that he will put in his document that the line was broke as he said insurance won't cover the repair if the report doesn't state that. The line actually does have a break. The technician failed to state that and insurance waived there hands and wernt fixing the line. We chose to just hydro-jet the line every year as 8 grand was unrealistic to spend at the moment. This year on Christmas day, my sewer backed up. I contacted Mr. Rooter via online as there phone number was calling a different company. I was scheduled for an after hours call last night and they didn't show, no communication or response. I have been without water for a few days and no response from Mr. Rooter!!! POOR PERFORMANCE!!!

Matt is a great guy. My wife had an issue while I was gone and out of country. He ran over as soon as he could while she was at work to assess the issue and advise. Didn't charge me too. This is what we are missing in Canada. Thanks so much Matt!!!

By far the most friendly easy to talk to professionals. First off, when you call you don't get a receptionist; you actually get to talk to a professional. I have dealt with Matt from Mr Rooters a couple times the past 2 years and he has helped answer questions over the phone so I could attempt to resolve the issue on my own. And when I was unable to fix the problem he was quick to help and even explain his process so I could learn to be a better home owner. Definitely highly recommend!

We like everything about this business! We are impressed with Mr. Rooter (a.k.a. Matt). Matt came to install a new hot water tank today. His price was very reasonable. We certainly felt that it was not being padded with any unnecessary costs. He was punctual. The quality was very good and he stuck to the quoted price. Can't say enough about the service and the quality of work for the price we paid. Any future plumbing needs will be done by them for sure! If you need any plumbing work done, call Mr. Rooter! You won't regret it!!

Talked to Matt on the phone and he instantly put us at ease about our floor drain that was backing up. We arranged a time for him to come by and he got straight to work. Very professional and polite. Matt obviously cares about his clients and you can tell he loves his job. When the drain cleared it was hard to tell who was happier, him or us! I would and will definitely recommend his services to anyone looking. I know who we will call if we need a plumber again! Fantastic experience.
