Very happy with my service. On the phone they were happy, polite and spoke clear fluent English. When the tech showed up He was very diligent, and went through several options while troubleshooting. Quick, quality service, would use Mr. Rooter again and recommend.

We've dealt with several plumbing companies over the years at our rental property, but Patrick from Mr. Rooter was on another level. The plumber arrived on time, and I knew I was in good hands the moment he came in, he clearly is an expert in his craft, he was knowledgeable, walked me through the repair process, and offered a level of service that is hard to find these days. My service man Gerald Rennie did a thorough inspection and provided a plan of action along with pricing should I choose to move forward with the repairs. He was extremely helpful with his suggestions of what the issues may be and how they would be resolved. Thank you Gerald!

Two technicians came today and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Gerald Rennie did an excellent job — the water is draining perfectly now. They also cleaned everything up afterward and even cleaned out the dirty sink, which I really appreciated. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Gerald at Mr Rooter deserves a special shout out. My mom has dementia and was convinced that she had a bigger problem then she had with a plumbing issue. She called a different company in the past who was happy to charge her a lot of money to basically not do anything. My mom called me and I spoke to Gerald to explain the situation, he understood and was extremely compassionate and helped her and most importantly did not charge her for work she did not need done and can't afford. I am very grateful he was the person that came out. My mom called me after and said he made her Christmas because she was going to use the money she set aside for gifts for the grandkids to pay for a plumber. This review is let you know they are an honest company and have great people working there. Highly recommend.
