I highly recommend Mr. Rooter (Fraser Valley Plumbing Services). We recently had a service call and were lucky enough to have Rob B. as our technician. From the moment he arrived, Rob was incredibly friendly and warm, immediately putting us at ease. It’s rare to find someone who combines such a high level of professionalism with a genuine, helpful attitude. He didn't just fix the issue; he took the time to provide excellent advice on maintenance and how to prevent future problems. It is such a weight off our shoulders to have found a reliable plumbing service. We will never hesitate to use them again and will be asking for Rob by name. They were incredibly timely. I called and they were able to quickly resolve my issue on the same day. For which I am grateful. However, the cost was outrageous for 15-20 minutes of work. The site was left dirty and I found the plumber uncourteous. They got the job done, but unless it is an emergency, shop around.

Today our kitchen sinks plugged up and we needed help fast. My wife phoned Mr. Rooter and they had someone over within 2 hours. It turned out to be more than a quick unplug job, as a more substantial fix was necessary due to the whole piping system needing draining. Our man Josh was professional, highly informed and informative, friendly, and prompt in getting the job done—also replacing our strainer assembly with a superior quality chrome one. These guys will be our go-to in Langley from hereon in. Thanks, Josh!
