We had an unexpected sewer blockage during a renovation and the office manager Erin was able to dispatch a technician, Rob, to our location within 20 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem promptly and efficiently dealt with the issue and the renovation contractor was able to continue his work. Excellent service and the senior discount was appreciated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Plumber was at my house for less than half an hour. Replaced flapper and float. $452 for less than half an hours work and I'd say about $20 in parts. Complete RIP OFF!!!! They refused to supply an invoice with a breakdown in labour and parts.No transparency. I expected when I called a local plumber that the prices would be at least somewhat comparable with other plumbing companies. Not so. They just charge some random exorbitant price. They get you because even if you disagree with the price, you will still have to pay for them to show up. What a shady company. 😡

Had a clogged toilet. Plumber came out and fixed it. Took him less than 1 minute. (He was at my house for about 25 minutes total but didn't need to be). Charged $330. Plumber told me that's just the minimal cost for someone to come to your house to do anything. What an absolute ripoff. Will not be using these guys again.

Very happy with the service they provide. The office personnel were very friendly, and worked to schedule a time that would work best for us. They gave us a 2 hour window and call us back to let us know when the Plumber was on his way. The Plumber Rob was very personable and knowledgeable, and provided us with some options to remedy our problem. You could see his 30+ years of experience was helping him determine the best corse of actions to take order to insure the job was completed properly. This is the second time I have used them, and all in all I am very happy with the service they have provide us with. Andrew
