Victoria was very accommodating by sending help one day earlier than expected. Our toilet was plugged up badly. She sent Josh over who used his commercial grade snake to unplug it. I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. The woman who answered my call was very friendly and was able to have a technician at my door within a couple of hours. Josh was very knowledgeable, super capable and went above and beyond to remove the toy my toddler decided to flush as well as replace old parts and valves, leaving my toilet in better working order and condition than when he arrived. Highly recommend!
