I am so grateful to the Mr. Rooter team for doing an excellent job with cleaning our outdoor sump pump chamber and drain lines. Parmeshwar in particular was such a deeply kind, patient, and knowledgeable technician who was sure to answer all my questions during the process and explain issues that he had to troubleshoot. A manager even stopped by to explain why the team was going to extra effort to remove stubborn debris and they managed to successfully do so, avoiding further costly and involved labour. Thank you for your hard work :)

We were impressed with the people and the quality of service Mr. Rooter offers to its clients. I think it is important to recognize a quality work and a job well done! We had a lead in the main supply pipe from the city to our house. We reached out to Mr. Rooter, they dispatched Harnjeet on the next day. Harnjeet was professional respectful and a detail assessment of the problem. The next day, we had Harjot the feild supervisor who made a more detailed investigation to assess the source of the leak trying to minimize the unnecessary digging. The job was done in an efficient manner, every member of the team knew their task, savvy and kept the area clean in spite of the rain. The price was fair and the workmanship excellent. Mr. Router did a fantastic job when we had a sewer back up in our basement.They did everything from unclogging the blockage emergently to digging up a pipe and replacing a broken pipe in my front lawn in a timely manner. Kevin and his crew are very professional, efficient, and trustworthy. I highly recommend their company.

Had a blockage in my pipes that was backing up into the shower. Karn did a great job, was very respectful to my elderly in-laws who were home to let him in. Cleaned up very well after he was done, WhatsApp the photos to me and followed up with a call. The office was also very pleasant to talk with and set/ change my appt.
