They'll tell you it's a "flat rate" of $135 per hour and then charge you $95 to take a drain auger out of the truck. Imagine if I was working as an electrician and charged $95 to get my side cutters out?

The tech that came to my house was very efficient and quick. I had an appointment booked from 1-3pm for a leak in my house but they called me around 8:30 and said he could come in 10 minutes. Life saver for sure.

I was impressed by the service I received with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! The sweet lady who took my call for booking was very friendly and accommodating. She arranged for a technician to come asap. She managed to fit me into a very busy day. She promised that they would help out as best as they can - and they did not disappoint. Greg (assigned tech) was very knowledgable and his skill level was exceptional. He kindly came back the next day to assist me with another associated issue - and this was resolved as well. Along with thorough and dependable service, the rates were reasonable, which was certainly an added bonus! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter in Fort McMurray and will definitely reach out to them (and refer my friends to them) in the future.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. They fixed our frozen pipes in a timely fashion, along with installing Winter guard wire to warm the pipes. The technician, Charles was a pleasure to deal with, he kept us very informed the whole time of our options and prices; he was genuine and kind to speak with. The lovely Kate whom we spoke with for booking times and going over estimates/prices was a pleasure to communicate with, she was always so kind and very informative. We will absolutely use them in the future.
