I called regarding a leak in my toilet. Mike returned my call promptly and gave an assessment and price range over the phone, taking care to walk me through likely steps. For my appointment, he showed up right on time, and was thorough with both the toilet repair and cleaning up the area afterwards. After fixing the leak, he also inspected all other parts of the toilet for necessary adjustments. He also answered my questions about my sink and water boiler, educating me in his responses. Overall he was knowledgable, professional, and very pleasant. His rates were also very fair, and matched his initial phone quote. Will definitely be calling him again next time I need a repair.

The owner of Mr. Plumber, Mike, is the best plumber that I have ever had. I live in an old house and have therefore needed his services on many occasions in the past, most recently in July 2023. He is extremely honest and reliable and does high-quality work for a reasonable price. He takes the time to explain what is going on and the various options for fixing a problem -- much more so than any other contractor/repair person of any type that I have ever hired. His honesty and integrity are exemplified by yesterday's discussion while he was here on a bigger job. He looked at my heavily corroded shower/tub drain and said that for various reasons it did NOT need to be replaced. I expect that other plumbers would have jumped on that opportunity to make more money. Instead, Mike is quite honest and concerned about his customers. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone needing an honest plumber who does highly professional work.
