"Cocked Locked and Ready to Rock!" No wonder that you have won the Consumer Choice Awards! Our Electronic Keypad Deadbolt Lock just failed us without notice. My wife called and Badym immediately responded to her distress. He arrived promptly, replaced the unit, answered her questions, queries, and concerns. He also reassured her our lock, door, and frame were in excellent condition and secure. Badym's service delivery was top notch. He was professional, yet personable and proved exceptional workmanship. Talk about the good old days; you go in and he fixes your lock right in front of you. In under 15 minutes he has rekeyed all my locks to one key. Even cut some extras for me. You honestly won't get better customer service anywhere. He's located at the end of the strip mall on the right hand side, parking on the left. Very clean showroom, lots of light and great personality!
