I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service received and the quality of the work completed by Mr. Electric. I booked online and received a text within 30 minutes and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The electrician was professional and so helpful. He installed 2 pendant ceiling lights and a dimmable switch. He ran into a little snag with one of the lights and had to fix it in his truck. He also replaced two halogen bulbs in my kitchen that I wasn't successful with, and swapped out rims on a flush ceiling mount because one had paint on it. He really went above and beyond! The price was less than I anticipated. Very reasonable and transparent pricing and they provide the cost when they arrive on site before starting the work. Highly recommend!

Called Mr Electricity to assist with trouble shooting a tripped circuit. Both the office staff and technician were excellent. The electrician was dispatched within a hour. The problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Excellent communication throughout. Price was fair and competitive.

The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked very professionally. The installation was done quickly, and the thermostat works perfectly. He answered all our questions, and everything was tested before leaving. The temperature control in our home is much better now. We also want to thank the lady who handles all the bookings—she’s super nice! Highly recommend this service!

I am extremely happy with the service. The electricians who arrived were very friendly, professional and offered very good advice and did great work. I was also very pleased with the level of communication during the whole booking process and was really impressed to receive a bio and photo of our electrician which was sent to us prior to his arrival. I would highly recommend them.

We had Andrew install two ceiling fans with lights, in our two bedrooms, and he did a fantastic job! He was here on time, and provided great, friendly service. He even took the time to answer a few questions we had about other electrical issues that we have. We really appreciate the excellent work and can’t recommend them enough!
