This was my second time having work done by Mr. Electric and both experiences were great! Fortunately I got to work with Josh both times (he’s awesome!) and this visit also met a manager (I feel horrible I can’t remember his name) and an installer (Bethany). Each of them showed great professionalism and expertise in their craft. I feel they each went above and beyond in showing care for my home and even took extra time to make my dog feel comfortable. That means a lot to me because it’s not in their job description, but it shows they are kindhearted and thoughtful people. It’s great to feel confident in the work being done in your home and comfortable with the people doing to work. Thank you Mr. Electric team!

Josh Rodriguez is hands down the best electrician we’ve worked with! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely confident in the work being done. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He didn’t just fix the issue he double-checked other areas to ensure everything was safe and up to code, offered helpful suggestions to improve our setup, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. On top of being highly skilled, Josh is friendly and professional, with a great smile and an awesome mustache that makes him instantly memorable! 😊 If you’re looking for an electrician who is reliable, thorough, and truly cares about his customers, Josh Rodriguez is the one to call. Around the holidays, the breaker box bus bar was going out, starting to burn a couple of the breakers. Clay from Mr. Electric came out, assessed the situation and did the necessary work to get my home operating safely. Clay was very professional, clear in his communication, and knowledgeable. He brought a fellow Mr. Electric worker one day to help with the new breaker box (can't remember his name, sorry!), but he was great as well. Clay patched the walls and cleaned up, making it easy to get things back to normal. Thank you!

We made an emergency phone call with a move-in to take place in an our. Our maintenance ran into an emergency, Josy took the call immediately calmed me down, walked me through everything, and got help to us on incredibly short notice. Clay arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the issue in no time, explained everything clearly, and was extremely thorough. Truly grateful for their responsiveness and care — we will absolutely be using them again for our apartment complexes!.🙏😊
