I’ve been seeing a physiotherapist named Farzaneh Khayam, and honestly, she’s the best one I’ve had so far. After giving birth, I was struggling with a lot of issues, especially with my back. The treatments she’s provided—along with the exercises—have made a huge difference. Thanks to her care and the treatments, I’m feeling so much better.

I have had a few Physio issue over last 3-4 years. I was originally referred to MovesYou clinic by my doctor. I had immediate relief after I started. Since then, whenever I need physio support I call and visit them. The front staff is very friendly. However the real gem is the team of physiotherapists led by Michelle herself. They all are very professional and friendly. With their new location in Coquitlam now I highly recommend them to anyone in the tri-cities area.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The front desk ladies both in PoCo and Coquitlam branch are both very nice and accommodating. And ofcourse, Michelle is the best. She makes you feel safe and know that you will get the best treatment.

Amazing team and great results! Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. They explain what’s going on with your injury in a way that makes sense, and every session feels like progress. I always leave feeling better and motivated. Definitely the best physio experience I’ve had!

Michelle treated my neck and I felt amazing after that. Michelle is very educated and helps you recover fast. She did IMS on me and it felt really good. Lovely staff, especially Shagufta. She is very welcoming and guides you through the process with ease. Definitely recommending them to everyone.
