I’ve been attending Movement Society(Formerly CrossFit Abbotsford) since about 2015 when my strong daughter said she wasn’t going to be doing ballet anymore and wanted to try CrossFit and would pay my foundations class if I tried. I’ve been going regularly almost since and I still attend with my daughter and her husband. This is a community of multi-leveled athletes who encourage each other to be our healthiest version of ourselves not only in fitness but in side discussions about healthy eating. I have been to other CrossFit establishments in Canada and the U.S. and have been pleased to see consistent teaching ( and even noticed On occasion that my teaching was superior)! As an older athlete I love that I am never made to feel that anyone is a better athlete than me(even though there are different skill levels), instead I’m encouraged to be a better athlete than I was yesterday. The coaches are knowledgable , and are athletes themselves and care about their athletes!

Amazing gym! Great programming, coaches are so supportive, answer all your questions, small classes, and great workouts that are challenging, high intensity, include strength training, gymnastics, cardio and mobility. Incredible community…one of the best parts of my day.

First class people and instructors. I have been a member for 6 years and love the community. Also, the gym and facility are 1st class. Would highly recommend CrossFit and Movement Society to anyone looking to get healthier and fitter.
