I gladly followed Zaher when he moved to movement first. I feel fully safe and comfortable with him. Not only does he help me relax but is also very personable and trustworthy. 5 star. Recommend him as a massage therapist

I can't say enough good things about Jason at Movement First therapy! He is an exceptional physiotherapist who truly knows his craft. From the very first session, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and is passionate about helping them heal. Jason applies advanced techniques tailored to individual needs, and his approach is both effective and refreshing. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His personalized care plan made a huge difference in my recovery, and I could feel real progress after just a few sessions.

I started seeing Jason at Movement First in October of 2024 for chronic back pain, and in a few short months my pain has been dramatically reduced. Jason uses both dry needling and an exercise/stretching regimen with me, and it has been very effective. The rest of the staff have been very friendly and helpful as well. You feel very welcomed as soon as you walk in the door! The facility is clean and organized, and the rooms and gym seem well equipped as well! I highly recommend Movement First, its been incredible for my quality of life, and I really love how friendly everyone is!
