JF and the MoveMed team are my heros! As someone who stays very active in trail running, triathlon, rock climbing, and various adventure sports we’ve managed every little injury that comes up preventing anything from getting worse. Not only does JF look at pain symptoms and training but outside factors like work, lifestyle, stressors, etc to really find a solution and build a care and strengthening plan that works for you while adjusting current training plans to best suit your goals! I’ve worked with a lot of physios over the years as a competitive triathlete but non have been as great at Movemed. They are not just a physio therapy clinic but a caring team that engages in the community and goes above and beyond!

I’ve been working with Kaz for a little while now, and I cannot recommend him enough! I first did a running assessment with him, and he helped me create a full training plan that got me to finish my half marathon in under 2 hours. I’m now working with him through an injury, and he’s been incredibly thorough and knowledgeable every step of the way. On top of that, his energy and positivity is so motivating! He’s a huge hype man and I leave every session feeling great. 10/10 ☺️
