I just finished my two week trial and will be buying a monthly membership! A great variety of classes, great energy, no ego's and very welcoming. Many of the classes are really fun and motivational. The owner's outgoing and positive energy is infectious and results in a really great vibe. I think its great that there is such also such a variety of teachers and class styles that always make it interesting refreshing. Booking classes is easy and straightforward. I would recommend trying the two week trial if your unsure as its a great price and opportunity to try all the classes and get a taste of how great this studio is.

A warm and welcoming studio full of energy and a feeling of community and support. Mats and props available an no cost, which is lovely. There are also some wonderful teas available every day, also complimentary! Very nice touch.

I found this boutique studio when searching for Pilates classes when I came to town to take care of my ailing mother JENNI has been very responsive to my learning curve with the website and online classes and even becoming connected to the studio itself and its instructors I enjoyed the two-week unlimited trial class option, and enjoyed the variety, including different kinds of yoga, dance, including hip-hop for my first time! I really enjoyed the community that gathers at move fitness New West, and I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to strengthen their body and mind

A place to be fit and goofy all at once, what more can I ask for! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I’m mad at my awful memory for not writing a review sooner, because this place is the BEST. I joined Move after a bad car accident and I was looking for a studio that offered lower impact fitness training since I’ve had to give up weightlifting for the foreseeable future. Upon my first visit, I was welcomed by Jenni- the owner and I immediately knew this is the place for me. The studio offers a wide variety of classes and every instructor is an absolute delight. Jenni is definitely the silliest and it just feels so good to be able to laugh and have fun while doing some pretty intense exercise. Although the impact and overall soreness on my body is minimal, I always get a kickass workout when I come here and it has definitely filled the void from not being able to train with weights. Favourite classes are Barre (all varieties), Shine Dance, Pilates and Core. Chill yoga is amazing when you need a really good stretch and meditation. I commute here from Surrey and it is well worth the drive. The community of people that visit this studio are the cherry on top!

Jenni and the other instructors are all wonderful people! They each have their own style, but what they all have in common is their welcoming nature and positivity. The diversity of classes keeps things fresh and gives you lots of options. The studio space is just lovely to be in. There’s cubbies and coat hooks for your stuff, rotating flavours of tea and water available, hair ties and feminine products you can take, they thought of everything! I can’t recommend Move more, it is just what I was looking for!

Went to a Barre class for the first time and it was a good one! The studio wasn’t what I expected but the class and the atmosphere were amazing. They have lots of mats to borrow if you don’t own one. They keep the doors closed when there’s a class in session so if you arrive early you might need to wait outside for a bit.
