Tyus Chow is very professional and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. His massage therapy leaves you feeling like a million bucks, using the perfect amount of pressure and tailoring each session exactly to your needs while hitting all the right spots. I’ve been to a few RMTs in the past, but Tyus truly stands out, even after the first session, it was an incredible release, and the relief was immediate and long-lasting. After just a couple of sessions, I’m noticeably more mobile, looser, and feeling better overall. Highly recommend.

Arshdeep is sooo good. She really knows what she’s doing and is very knowledgeable about the body and what you actually need. Every session feels like I’m hanging out with a friend while getting an amazing massage. We’re always talking about random life stuff, which makes it so comfortable and relaxing. I always leave feeling so much better. She’s honestly the best.

I find it challenging to recommend the laser treatment when I have to repeatedly explain that the initial assessment is billed separately from the first treatment. This often leads to confusion, and if I do not clarify it every time, I am held responsible when clients end up paying out of pocket. It would be greatly appreciated if the initial assessment could be included in the first treatment fee. Most clients prefer services that can be covered by insurance, and combining these costs would help avoid misunderstandings and improve their overall experience.

The clinic was unable to process my benefits claim, and when the claim was later denied by my provider due to the practitioner having an expired licence (this is what I was told by my insurance provider), I contacted the clinic twice for help. The receptionist said she would look into it and call back both times and hung up without saying goodbye. I am still out the money I paid (the full cost out of pocket, $141) and no one followed up. My email describing the situation and again requesting a resolution also went unanswered. The ongoing lack of communication and support made the experience disappointing, especially as a new client. I was looking forward to more treatments here but will not be returning as my constant requests for help are being ignored.

I had such a great experience with my massage therapist Arshdeep Kaur Gill.The service was amazing from start to finish — very relaxing, comfortable, and professional. She really listened to what I needed and worked on all the right spots. I left feeling lighter, pain-free, and completely relaxed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage and a peaceful experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
