These guys are ridiculously priced ! I would never hire these guys for anything. They are taking advantage of hard worker parents who are willing to pay anything for their child’s graduation photos! They are monsters! If I was in charge of deciding who to get for graduation phototherapy Mountain West would be my very last choice. Their product quality isn’t worth what you over pay for. Terrible quality! Monsters plain and simple!

My son forgot to give me the information for ordering his grade 11 photos. Nearly 6 Months later- I emailed MWS and I got an answer within an hour. Photos were ordered quickly and the site was easy to navigate! Thank you very much! :)

When I mistakenly forgot to add retouching to the grad photos I had ordered, I contacted Mountain West Studios to inquire as to how to add on retouching to my order. They immediately responded to my email and told me how to proceed with this. Unfortunately they could not add the retouching for me so I had to cancel the order and submit a new one. They were so understanding and patient as I navigated through this and they answered all my questions and concerns I had about my order. They cancelled my first order promptly and reimbursed me for my order quickly. They were a big help and did an awesome job helping me get the order I wanted. The pictures were beautiful and I highly recommend Mountain West Studios for your next photo session.

I had gotten the free yearbook photos done and was not too sure about what to do after the photos were taken since I can't view them. After contacting customer service through email, they were super nice and had even let me pick which photo to use in the yearbook. They always replied quick and were very helpful. Thanks Mountain West!

I am very impressed with the service I received at Mountain West Studios! We had been waiting for retakes but my daughter’s teacher was away and she had a sub for retake day. My daughter (6) did not get her photo retaken as a result, since the sub was not aware she needed it retaken. When we finally decided to order the original photos, they were no longer online. I emailed and Mountain West kindly gave me access to order even though we had clearly missed the deadline. Exceptional service! Thank you.
