Had an appointment for my dog to get neutered. We were going through our vet which was incontact with this vet. We couldn't make the appointment and contacted our vet which said they reached out to let them know we were not able to make the appointment. I don't know what happened between both of these vets but in the end we were told the $200 we put down would not be reimbursed and we could not get any sort of the money back. Not a good customer experience with this vet and with the miscommunication between both vets which was explained by us to this vet, you would think we would get some sort of reimbursement back. I will never deal with this vet again if they are not even going to try to work with you as customer. Not my fault the communication was poor between both of them but I guess the money is more important than being fair to a customer. I could understand if I did a no show or If I called on the day I was suppose to come in but that was not the case and they just said they will not be reimbursing anything back.

After several negative interactions with this vet we made the decision to choose a different vet to take our dogs to. Glad we did as we very quickly realized what good customer service should look like. Good luck getting an appointment booked here if your dogs needs care, they routinely tell you they are booked solid and then refer you to Emerg $$$$$$. Brutal service

I couldn’t recommend this clinic more. My senior cat’s health was declining significantly until she saw Dr. Ferguson. Her energy levels and appetite greatly improved thanks to Mountainview. Thank you to Dr. Ferguson and her amazing staff for giving me more years with my fur baby. I know they work tirelessly and always have their client’s best interests at heart.

I could not recommend a vet more highly than the doctors and staff at Mountain View. Our large Shepherd cross is the definition of a nervous dog, and yet the caring staff and vets would spend time sitting on the floor, letting her get used to them. They brought out the best behavior I've seen and I couldn't be more impressed or grateful. Their fee structure is extremely reasonable, and they are very socially conscience and active in local animal charities. If you're looking for a vet office in the Lower Mainland please give them a visit.
