Excellent service from start to finish. He did a great job with the hot water tank and was very professional throughout the entire process. When a small leak appeared, he came back promptly to check on it and fixed everything perfectly. I really appreciated the quick response and attention to detail. The pricing was also very fair. I would absolutely recommend their services — five stars all the way!

To have Derek ( Mountain city Plumbing) work at our home. He has a super intelligent way of thinking outside the box when issues arise which are unforeseen. Many of the items on our list came with problems which we had zero knowledge of until Derek started to look into them. He fixed them all without any problem or adverse charges being given. I most definitely highly recommend this company for all your plumbing works, repair or installation. We had a number of items to be completed, Derek is punctual, hard working, uses high end industry products to achieve the results you request, and is very clean, our place looked like no one had been in the place after he had cleared up on a daily basis. If you are looking for a plumbing expert, look no further, Derek will be your "go to guy" for any issues relating to his trade. My best advice is, to add his name number, and e mail addy into your phone right now. Sadly to date, both toilets have leaked, and the water heater leaked, the response time for the water heater repair & one of the toilets were within the same morning.

We found Derek through his exceptional google reviews! We were debating what direction to go with our hot water tank replacement- he made recommendations based on experience and sent comparison details as well as information on how to apply for a fortis rebate. His work looks great and was able to get the project done for us quicker than we anticipated

Was an absolute pleasure to meet Derek for the first time and we are very glad to have found him online to replace our hot water heater. His pricing was on point compared with other plumbers in our area but, I believe, he offers a higher quality of workmanship and goes the additional distance to complete the job with the little extras that others don't supply. He was on time and on budget without compromising his high standard of workmanship. Will not hesitate to call Mountain City Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Derek came to my salon and spa to disconnect some fixtures and install some new ones! While he was here he also fixed & finished some other work left behind by a previous company and created a quote for some future work. Not only was he efficient and on time he was very pleasant to work with. There were no surprises, all work was discussed before hand and we look forward to working with him again.
